• Booking details— your name, email address, phone number, party size, trip selections, and any notes you provide (e.g. dietary needs, kids’ ages).
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers; Stripe handles and secures payment data.
• Waiver & qualification records — the liability waiver you sign and, for boat rentals, the qualification information you submit, including the IP address and timestamp captured as part of that record.
• Reviews — if you submit a post-trip review, the rating, text, display name, and submission IP address you provide.
• Technical data — standard server logs and a secure session cookie used only for staff to sign in to the admin area.

How we use your information

• To process and confirm your booking and payment
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, refunds, qualification status, reviews)

• To verify boat-rental qualifications and manage trip logistics
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support

Service providers we share data with

We share information only with the providers needed to run the booking service, and only as needed to provide it:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• GoHighLevel — operational SMS delivery (opted-in customers only)
• Vercel & Neon — website hosting and database

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. Some activities have minimum ages, and a parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minor participant. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
