SMS / Text Message Policy

Park City Is Rad sends operational text messages only to customers who opt in during checkout. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. This page explains what we send, how often, and how to stop at any time.

The program

Our SMS program sends trip-related operational messages tied to a booking you’ve made with us — for example:

• Meeting-point details and directions before your trip
• Weather or safety cancellation notices
• Day-of updates from your guide or captain

How you opt in

Consent is never assumed. During checkout you’ll see an SMS opt-in checkbox that is not pre-checked. You only receive texts if you check it yourself and provide your mobile number. Opting in is not a condition of booking — if you don’t opt in, we’ll send the same operational details by email instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your bookings and trip timing. Most customers receive only a few messages per booking (typically a meeting-point text before the trip, plus any weather or day-of update).

Cost

We don’t charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOPto any message to unsubscribe. You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Opting out is global — it applies to all of your bookings, not just one.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Colter@parkcityisrad.com or 435-255-6585.

If you opt out by replying STOP, we may still need to reach you about an active booking (for example, a same-day weather cancellation) — in that case we’ll contact you by email instead.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the operational messages described above. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
